Laurel Tree Partners Launches Investment Fund

Begins Search for Potential Acquisitions

Laurel Tree Partners (“LTP”), a private investment firm based out of Boston, Massachusetts, is pleased to announce that it has completed its fundraising and is now focusing on the search for a privately-held company to acquire and operate.

Laurel Tree Partners is a partnership comprised of experienced entrepreneurs, operators and investors. LTP is seeking to acquire a privately-held company with a proven track record, revenues of $10M to $100M and a strong, defensible market position in the United States. The LTP team is committed to a long-term investment horizon and ensuring the continuity and growth of the acquired business.

LTP was founded by sibling entrepreneurs and principals - Jenna and Dennis Lally. Jenna was most recently the President of Blue Point Brewing Company, a $25M craft brewery based in NY.  Prior to that she held numerous operational roles at Anheuser-Busch. She began her career in financial services - first in banking and then principal investing at Goldman Sachs. Dennis was most recently the general manager of the $300M mixed textile business at Wayfair, a leading home goods e-commerce company. Prior to joining Wayfair, Dennis was the co-founder and CEO of a B2B software company started out of MIT. Dennis began his career in corporate advisory working with companies across the healthcare vertical.

Following the acquisition, the principals will relocate and assume senior management positions at the company. They will work closely with the existing team to support and grow the legacy of the business. LTP is open to a wide array of industries focused primarily on B2B tech-enabled services, multi-site healthcare (including pet services), warehousing & logistics, and education services.
