About the Founders
Dennis and Jenna are the youngest of four siblings. Growing up in New York and New Hampshire, they bonded over sports, golden retrievers and a competitive spirit for Monopoly. They have worked together in a number of capacities professionally – most notably founding a non-profit to collect and redistribute used sports equipment. Along with their spouses, they enjoy spending time hiking in NH, playing board games and challenging each other to a tennis match.

Dennis Lally, Managing Partner & Co-founder
Dennis is a co-founder and managing partner of Laurel Tree Partners (LTP). Dennis brings 10 years of sales, business development and finance to the team. Prior to founding LTP, Dennis was the general manager of the $300M mixed textiles business at Wayfair, a leading home furnishing e-commerce company. Prior to joining Wayfair, Dennis was the co-founder and CEO of a B2B software company that focused on improving the lives of older adults while increasing resident occupancy rates for senior living organizations. Dennis began his career in corporate advisory, helping $50-$500M healthcare companies raise capital, execute M&A transactions and establish strategic partnerships.
Dennis earned his B.A. from Dartmouth College and his M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management. He lives in Boston with his wife, Christina, and their dog, Roger.

Jenna Lally, Managing Partner & Co-founder
Jenna is a co-founder and managing partner of Laurel Tree Partners (LTP). Jenna brings over 10 years of marketing, operations and finance to the team. Prior to founding LTP, Jenna was the president and general manager at Blue Point Brewing Company, a $25M craft brewery located in Long Island, NY. She has held numerous roles at Anheuser-Busch across marketing, innovation and finance. Jenna began her career in corporate advisory focusing on biotech and pharma companies. From there, she joined Goldman Sachs’s principle investing group where she specialized in insurance and reinsurance products, eventually supporting the divestiture of Global Atlantic Insurance Group
Jenna earned her B.A. from Hamilton College and her M.B.A. from MIT Sloan School of Management. She lives in Boston with her husband, Alex, and their dog, Simon.
